Ant-man And The Wasp Quantumania Movie Reviews – The critics’ verdict on Marvel’s 31st film, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, is in – and it seems not everyone is a fan of the Paul Rudd-led fantasy. The film currently sits at 53% on Rotten Tomatoes (opens in new tab) based on 136 reviews, making it the second lowest ranked MCU film on the review aggregation website.

The third film in the Ant-Man franchise sees Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) heading into the Quantum Realm. Joined by Hope’s parents, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), and Lang’s daughter, Cassie (Kathryn Newton), the adventure brings them face-to-face with the mysterious and almighty King Conqueror (Jonathan Majors). ).
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania audience reviews are also not in yet as the film is only released in theaters on Friday, which could tip the scale. Total Film also gave three stars writing that “MCU’s fun sci-fi getaway extends Ant-Man and solves all the niggles of the Multiverse” while praising the Department as a big bad MCU.

The movie, let it be said, is not awful, but chaotic kinetic battles, and the look of the Quantum Realm oddly drab in the interweaving of digital elements and VFX, seemed at times to be more like some early drafts. new “Star Wars” franchise instead of a natural extension of this one. This review contains spoilers, click to expand to view. This movie is not only well-made, it’s also horribly made. I hope for the beginning of the 5th phase, then there is such a failure. The army is not inspiring, with monotonous soldiers who cannot compete. The director took the easy way out, decided not to draw them and make them all the same. Remember the Outriders from the Avengers? He himself is like a child mad at the whole world, his sad face constantly turns into aggression. As an antagonist, he has been in the grave for me. This is a problem that is pulled out of thin air with bad, unconvincing acting. The crux of the issue at hand is Janet van Dyne’s incompleteness and stubbornness. If Thanos can’t be avoided, then Kang is a failed accident… Sigh! … Expand

Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe may have begun, but “Ant-Man” is bigger than ever at the box office.
“Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” opened with $104 million in domestic ticket sales, according to studio estimates Sunday, easily surpassing the box-office debuts of the previous two “Ant-Man” films. Walt Disney Co.’s “Quantumania” added another $121.3 million overseas to give the pint-sized hero a $225 million global launch.
