Erziehung, Note: 1,3, Fachhochschule des Mittelstands, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Chancen und Herausforderungen einer Transition, bezogen auf den Übergang Familie – Krippe. Ziel der Arbeit ist herauszufinden, welche Chancen und Herausforderungen eine Transition mit sich bringt. Eine gelingende Transition setzt ein umfangreiches Wissen von allen am Übergangsprozess beteiligten Personen voraus. Wenn über Transitionen vertieft nachgedacht wird, wird damit ebenso eingeschlossen Kenntnisse über Bindungen, Eingewöhnung und die Relevanz der Elternarbeit zu verfügen. Aus diesem Grund sind dies Themenschwerpunkte der vorliegenden Bachelorarbeit. Bezüglich des oben genannten Themas wurden folgende Forschungsfragen aufgestellt: - Leidet die Qualität der Kita darunter, wenn die Rahmenbedingungen der Einrichtung nicht optimal sind? - Wirkt sich ein enger Austausch mit viel Kommunikation zwischen der pädagogischen Fachkraft und den Eltern in der täglichen Arbeit positiv auf ihre Zusammenarbeit aus? - Wird die Fachkraft-Kind-Bindung negativ beeinflusst, wenn die Eingewöhnung missglückt? Die Hypothesen, die dazu aufgestellt wurden, lauten folgendermaßen: - Wenn die Rahmenbedingungen der Einrichtung nicht optimal sind, dann hat das eine verschlechterte Qualität der Kita zur Folge. - Wenn zwischen der pädagogischen Fachkraft und den Eltern in der täglichen Arbeit ein enger Austausch mit viel Kommunikation stattfindet, dann wirkt sich das positiv auf die Zusammenarbeit zwischen ihnen aus. - Wenn die Eingewöhnung missglückt, dann wird dadurch die Fachkraft-Kind Bindung negativ beeinflusst. Um eine mögliche Antwort auf die aufgestellten Forschungsfragen und Hypothesen zu finden, wurde ein umfassender Fragebogen konstruiert. Mit Hilfe von diesem Erhebungsinstrument wurden die pädagogischen Fachkräfte eines Rostocker Kindergartens befragt. In einer anschließenden Analyse konnte eine Vielzahl von Kenntnissen gewonnen werden und die Forschungsfragen zum Teil mehr und zum Teil weniger beantwortet werden. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung können in Kapitel sieben und den darauffolgenden nachgelesen werden.

Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 15, Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit geht zunächst der Frage nach, wie sich der Übergang von der Kita in die Grundschule gelingend gestalten lässt. Diese Frage wird unter anderem im ersten Kapitel beantwortet, da hierbei die bisherigen praktischen Projekte aus Deutschland vorgestellt werden. Um dem Forschungsbereich der Transition zunächst eine theoretische Einleitung zuschreiben zu können, wird der Begriff der Transition und des Übergangs im ersten Kapitel definiert. Im Anschluss wird die Wichtigkeit des IFP-Transitionsmodell dargestellt, welches oft als Grundlage für Transitionsprojekte gilt. Einige werden im Anschluss daran ausführlich beschrieben. Durch das lokale Netzwerk in Gießen wird der Frage nach der gelingenden Übergangsgestaltung weiter nachgegangen. Dieses Netzwerk wird mithilfe von unterschiedlichen Informationsquellen sehr detailliert beleuchtet. Hierfür war unter anderem die Teilnahme an einem Elternabend sowie das Durchführen eines Interviews nötig. Besonders das Gießener Netzwerk gibt einen guten Überblick über die praktische Umsetzung von Transitionsprojekten. Des Weiteren geht diese Arbeit der Frage nach, wie sich die Gestaltung von gelingenden Übergangskonzepten wissenschaftlich und bildungspolitisch legitimieren lässt. Um dies beantworten zu können, wird zunächst das bildungspolitische Interesse am Transitionsthema durch die Kultusministerien und im Kontext relevante und allgemein zentrale Beschlüsse, wie beispielsweise die Bildungsstandards, den Erziehungs- und Bildungsplan sowie dem Rahmenplan, aufgezeigt. Die wissenschaftliche Relevanz wird vor allem im ersten Kapitel mithilfe des aktuellen Forschungsstandes verdeutlicht. Um sowohl die erste, als auch die zweite Frage konkret beantworten zu können, finden am Ende dieser Arbeit mehrere Vergleiche statt. Diese beinhalten zum einen den Vergleich des Netzwerks mit den wissenschaftlich vorhandenen Projekten und zum anderen der Vergleich zu der bildungspolitischen Legitimation. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, einen Überblick über den Transitionsprozess im Allgemeinen zu geben und besonders die bereits vorhandenen Möglichkeiten aufzuzeigen, um den Übergang gelingend zu gestalten.
