We feel the impact of robots on our lives more and more every day. Service robots constitute the broadest and the most exciting applications in this field, such as; personal care and assistance, agriculture, logistics, mobility, medical, and defense-oriented robots. Since service robotics contains many different types of robots, the variety of problems to be solved is also large. Many popular robotic problems, ranging from mechanism design to simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM), from motion planning to system security, can be examined in this context. You will find various examples and solutions for this critical area of robotics in this book. We hope that researchers interested in the subject will benefit from this book.

How can robots and artificial intelligence impact to global (AI) consumers' perceptions of and experiences with robots current status of social acceptances with robots current status of social acceptance level? Nowadays, robots divides these kinds, such as: Human life appearance, focus on practically, mechanical appearance and focus on communication. Generally, robot users have accepted to use above several these kinds of robots and which current status of social acceptance level is high degree. Some surveys indicate the percentages of respondents selecting completely or somewhat matches were generally high for a " humanoid robot" and an " industrial robot" of these both kinds of robots.Social acceptance is specially high level. It is possible due to many manufacturers feel industrial robot can raise more productivities and efficiency to shorten manufacturing processing to be faster and better than human workers. However, many future Japan children in their children hood tend to define a robot as a partner having a human-like shape and living together with humans. Otherwise, in Germany, highly industrialized country like Japan consumers have a strong tendency to define " robots" as industrial robots that are emotionless and faithfully obey human's orders. It seems that robots influences Japan people feel they are their friends role, but robots influence Germany people feel they are their servants role. It's possible due to different countries' robot consumers' needs what kinds of robot to serve to satisfy to their life needs which will be different. Different robot consumer's need will cause different customer's emotion to the robots. So, it is one important factor to influence the country robot's consumers how to feel robot's role to impact themselves part of life easily.1.2Consumers' acceptance of robots will influence purchase intention. How can consumers feel about well coming robots into their everyday lives? Usually, robot consumers need to use robot's time much more, it implies who have more acceptance to use robots. Whether the robots with a human-like face and changing facial expressions in response to their interaction with humans which will influence robot consumers have good feeling to them. In fact, it has negative influence to some countries robot users, in which robots or AI are featured, may have helped create a negative feeling to wards robots in that computers, and machines control humans. Thus, robots face similar human-like face factor will have possible to influence robot users have negative influence. If they are applied to nursing care robot market or waiter service market. Human like face robots will bring welcoming feel to patients or restaurant clients because they feel whoa are serving or are caring them , which are seem to human nurses or waiters service considerately.Otherwise, if industrial robots can be manufactured similar to human life face. Then, it will bring negative feeling influence to manufacturers because manufacturers need them to help them to raise more efficiency and productivities to compare human manufacturing workers. They don't need them to serve clients. Thus, it seems human face-like robots are not necessary to satisfy to users' needs or demands. This human face like robots will only attract service business robot users. They won't attract industrial manufacturing robot users. It implies human face life robots can bring good impression to the service industry's consumer's positive feeling. It will influence service businesses to bring many clients, if their serving robots can own human face-like similarity to serve their clients.

People have dreamed of machines, which would free them from unpleasant, dull, dirty and dangerous tasks and work for them as servants, for centuries if not millennia. Service robots seem to finally let these dreams come true. But where are all these robots that eventually serve us all day long, day for day? A few service robots have entered the market: domestic and professional cleaning robots, lawnmowers, milking robots, or entertainment robots. Some of these robots look more like toys or gadgets rather than real robots. But where is the rest? This is a question, which is asked not only by customers, but also by service providers, care organizations, politicians, and funding agencies. The answer is not very satisfying. Today’s service robots have their problems operating in everyday environments. This is by far more challenging than operating an industrial robot behind a fence. There is a comprehensive list of technical and scientific problems, which still need to be solved. To advance the state of the art in service robotics towards robots, which are capable of operating in an everyday environment, was the major objective of the DESIRE project (Deutsche Service Robotik Initiative – Germany Service Robotics Initiative) funded by the German Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) under grant no. 01IME01A. This book offers a sample of the results achieved in DESIRE.

US concentrates on applying robots on non-manual auto driving vehicles utility aspect, It is possible that US robot manufacturers will manufacturer many non-manual auto driving vehicles or non-manual auto driving taxis, buses, trains, trams, even, ferries, air planes etc. public transportation tools to replace manual driving transportation tools in the future one day. Then, robot invention will cause these challenges to influence our societies. In our employment market or job nature changing challenge aspect: If it is true that any one of these human service jobs, such as waiter, cooker, transportation tool driver, teachers, nurses etc. different kind of service occupations which are replaced by robots. It will bring sudden unemployment challenge for these any one of occupations in our global societies.Nomura research institute Ltd (NRI) (2015) has conducted a consumer survey in Japan, the US, and Germany on the topic of robots and artificial intelligence (AI). In Japan, respondents often associate the term " robots" with humanoid robot that can communicate with humans and they have a high level of familiarity with robots. Because Japan robot consumers who are main home users, who buy robots main aims to teach whose children to learn language. It seems that these education service human robots won't influence Japan's education employment to raise unemployment chance in possible. It means Japan's teachers won't face unemployment challenge, due to schools choose to apply teaching robots to replace human teacher occupation, because teaching robots are applied in home education to teach children at Japan's homes in popular nowadays. But, it does not represent future Japan's teachers who won't face competition from teaching robots. If teaching robots are accepted to apply in Japan any primary, secondary, even universities to assist teachers to teach students, when teaching robots are invented to own human teacher's teaching skills, language skills and analytical and writing skills, than Japan's teachers will face unemployment in possible.

From the editor team of the ground-breaking Consumer-Brand Relationships: Theory and Practice comes this new volume. Strong Brands, Strong Relationships is a collection of innovative research and management insights that build upon the foundations of the first book, but takes the study of brand relationships outside of traditional realms by applying new theoretical frameworks and considering new contexts. The result is an expanded and better-informed account of people’s relationships with brands and a demonstration of the important and timely implications of this evolving sub-discipline. A range of different brand relationship environments are explored in the collection, including: online digital spaces, consumer collectives, global brands, luxury brands, branding in terrorist organizations, and the brand relationships of men and transient consumers. This book attends to relationship endings as well as their beginnings, providing a full life-cycle perspective. While the first volume focused on positive relationship benefits, this collection explores dysfunctional dynamics, adversarial and politically-charged relationships, and those that are harmful to well-being. Evocative constructs are leveraged, including secrets, betrayals, anthropomorphism, lying, infidelity, retaliation, and bereavement. The curated collection provides both a deeper theoretical understanding of brand relationship phenomena and ideas for practical application from experiments and execution in commercial practice. Strong Brands, Strong Relationships will be the perfect read for marketing faculty and graduate students interested in branding dynamics, as well as managers responsible for stewarding brands.

Thus, today, it is increasingly common for people to use robots in various situations at home and in retail stores, hotels and hospitals these service industries. Robots are classified into server types based on their functionality ( service and utility robots or those designed to communicate with humans) and appearance ( humanoid robots or mechanical robots). The type of robot, to which each country allocated particular importance in the advance of robotics, reflects the sense of values and preferences of its population. Thus, if the country has high population needs to use robots, then they will influence either more new jobs creation or more old job loss in the country's (AI) manufacturing or (AI) service industries both. For example, Japan respondents often associate the term " robot " with humanoid robots that can communicate with human and they have a high level of familiarity with robot. The US has the highest level of robot utilization at home and in retail stores with its people being the most enthusiastic about the future use of robots. Germany shows a strong tendency to consider robots for industrial purposes and its people feel strong effort to the presence of robots in their households. In conclusion, to judge whether how (AI) will influence the country's employment to be better or worse. It will depend on the country home buyers (users) or business buyers (users) how to use (AI) for their daily needs. If the country, such as US retail stores need to use (AI), it will have possible to reduce some or many retail service workers. Even, if the country, such as Japan has many home users need to use (AI), it will not influence the employment market. Otherwise, it will raise (AI) salespeople numbers. Even, if the country, such as Germany and China will have many (AI) manufacturers, then it will create many (AI) manufacturing occupations for these (AI) manufactory workers. Consequently, (AI) robots manufacturing and service needs will have positive or negative impact to any country's employment. It will depend on the (AI) service provision and service workers' job nature as well as the manufacturing workers of (AI) knowledge level to decide their employment chance in their country's employment market.
