Life is a dream for the wise, a game for the fool and a comedy for the rich and a tragedy for the poor. I have made an attempt to portrait life as you and I live and believe. This is purely my perception. I may be right or I may even be wrong. You may agree or agree to disagree. I believe that Life is a collection of experiences, ideas, education and events. The Game of Life is not a game of chess in the conventional sense. There are no players, and no winning or losing. Once the "pieces" are placed in position, the rules determine everything that happens later. Nevertheless, Life is full of surprises! In most cases, it is impossible to look at a starting position or pattern and see what will happen in the future. The only way to find out is to follow the rules of life. Life is just one example of a cellular automaton, In Life, as in nature, we observe many fascinating phenomena. Nature, however, is complicated and we aren't sure of all the rules. I believe in Study everything, join nothing. I am puzzled by 'civil war.' How can a war be civil?

The contributors to this collection focus on the cognitive processes that take place during the initial acquisition of information about others (on-line processes) rather than later when memory processes begin playing a dominant role (memory-based processes). Utilizing the methods and concepts of social cognition, the book illustrates how the study of on-line cognition can further our understanding of person perception. On-Line Cognition in Person Perception also examines the special cognitive dynamics that are associated with such processes within the domain of social perception.

Dead And In Person A David Beauchamp Mystery written by Michael Mallory and has been published by Wildside Press LLC this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2018-07-25 with Fiction categories.

For L.A.’s most uncertain private investigator (and old movie buff) Dave Beauchamp, attending the Hollywood Celebrity Expo should have been Heaven. But it wasn’t, particularly when the show’s stars started turning up dead in highly unusual and personal ways. Before long, Dave finds himself struggling to make sense out of a bizarre case that appears rooted in an unsolved string of murders from the 1980s. Both grippingly suspenseful and laugh-out-loud funny, Dead and In Person! demonstrates that in the real La-La-Land, vintage Hollywood and vintage secrets can sometimes go hand-in-hand in disturbing and deadly ways. PRAISE FOR MICHAEL MALLORY’S “DAVE BEAUCHAMP” SERIES: “When author Michael Mallory doesn’t have the readers smiling at his clever asides and observations, he’ll have them laughing out loud.” --Robert S. Levinson, bestselling author of The Stardom Affair. “Take a befuddled Hollywood detective whose very name most people can’t pronounce correctly, and set him on the trail of a murderer...and you have the making of a darkly comedic romp.” --Robert Masello, TV writer and bestselling author of The Jekyll Revelation. “You get two for the price of one, a funny romp and a mystery, with a little Hollywood dish thrown in. What more you could ask for?” --Paul D. Marks, Shamus Award-winning author of White Heat.
