Lose weight, boost your immunity, cleanse your blood and organs, and live longer and happier with this comprehensive five-part approach created by leading nutrition and raw food authority David Wolfe. In Longevity Now, Wolfe exposes the number-one cause of all degenerative illness and aging: calcification. Caused by an excess of calcium and the presence of nanobacteria, calcification can be found in some degree in virtually every adult and even some children. It leads to a plethora of illnesses and manifests as achy joints, hardened arteries, cellulite, cysts, kidney stones, gallstones, dental plaque, cataracts, and bone spurs, among many other health problems. By breaking down calcification and removing parasites, heavy metals, and other "unwanted guests" from your system, you can reverse the aging process and eliminate the prospect of degenerative disease from your future. Part 1 of the Longevity Now Program focuses on supplements to dissolve the buildup of calcium in your system, leading to freer movement, a clearer head, and a lighter step. Part 2 focuses on boosting your immunity, using a variety of supplements to make your body as resilient as possible. Part 3 focuses on rejuvenating each and every cell of your body with nutrient-packed supplements and superfoods. Part 4 focuses on using special electromagnetic grounding technologies to eliminate parasites and reconnect you with the rhythmic cycles of Earth's energy field. Part 5 focuses on deep-tissue bodywork and yoga, so that you can move blocked energy around and break up stagnation in typically unaccessed parts of the body. In addition to all this, Wolfe offers abundant additional information to help you more fully live the Longevity Now lifestyle, such as foods to avoid, healthful alternative sweeteners, delicious recipes, and more tips and tricks to keep you on the path of rejuvenation, radiant health, and full-throttle vitality.

Zen Eater written by Alex Nedvetsky and has been published by this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2020-03-15 with categories.
Zen Eater describes my path to healthy life. I started pursuing this path after I experienced a major health problem and realized I couldn't continue the unhealthy behaviors. I came up with the ZenEater concept, and it had greatly changed my life. My health improved dramatically, and I developed the most harmonious relationship with food. It is obvious that our relationship with food is not as good as we want it to be. In most cases, it is a love-hate affair. However, in some instances it results in subjugation - food becomes a wayward lord who instills fear and guilt, who disfigures us and punishes us with numerous diseases. This status quo is profoundly weird because food is supposed to nurture us and give us energy, joy, and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the joy and satisfaction of eating are fleeting, but the aftermath of hastily eaten excessive meals lingers for hours. And when we take into account the long-lasting psychological effect of our bad relationships with food, the situation gets even worse.Simply put, many of us don't know how to eat our food. We lack control over this process. As I said, food is the dictator here. Most of us know that our eating habits are to blame, and when we we finally decide to take action, what do we do? We go on a diet - the most common mistake we make.Diets restrict, diets forbid, diets banish food - there is nothing fair and balanced about dieting. Fad dieting is a daymare filled with hunger, deprivation, and stress.Fad dieting fails because it goes against our physiology; because it is torturous and requires superhuman willpower. But no matter how strong your willpower is, this approach is unsustainable and always ends up in quitting and fast regaining of all the pounds lost. Just ask Oprah Winfrey, the most famous weight cycling "expert". By the way, Oprah has finally adopted a sustainable weight management plan and changed her goal: "Healthy for me is the new skinny." That's exactly the attitude I want you to have - health should be the ultimate goal. And that's where the Zen Eater method comes to your rescue. ZenEater is an essential part of healthy lifestyle that leads to healthy longevity. Does it lead to sustainable weight loss? Rest assured it does, but it is not the main goal. The goal is to create a balanced harmonious relationship with food. When you are in harmony with food, you become a confident, intuitive eater. Your body senses when to start and stop eating so you never overeat and never worry about gaining wait.We need to restore our ability to eat mindfully, therefore I developed a simple tool that will help us do that. Meat the Eatometer! Eatometer is a pedometer for eating. Pedometers saved lives of millions of people. Eatometer can do much better. By changing the way we process food in the mouth, it will make us focus on the food we eat, hence mindful eating. Mindful eating is currently nom du jour, but its concept is so vague, it is really difficult to comprehend it. Eatometer is a quantified representation of mindful eating. It makes the obscure concept of mindful eating clear, easily understandable, and achievable. When you step on a path to longer and healthier life, it will be hard to turn back to your old habits for many reasons - you will see positive changes right of the bat, and the more you get involved with it, the better you are going to feel. Your energy, your outlook, your life quality will keep going up, and the improvements in your health, vitality, and optimism will be dramatic. And finally, Zen Eater is not your usual boring, quasi-academic self-help book. It is full of stories of real people who benefited from the method and real situations that explain what you are dealing with. It is written in a friendly, colloquial manner with affection, understanding, and humor.

This book is in no way a medical textbook; it only aims at providing a wide in-depth thinking about the growing life expectancy in the current digital age. With the rising 21st century, flurries of new knowledge and technological opportunities have already merged.Longevity has recently become a major concern in our current societies. This has long been, in no way, a new issue as life expectancy was known to rise noticeably for a long time with improving life conditions, but the present breakthroughs in science and technology of the world 2.0 have led to deep changes in our way of life so that new prospects have surged. Now the leading key words are rejuvenation, juvenescence, ageing reversal or, bluntly, transformed, repaired, improved man.The last part of the book will, tentatively, suggest the consequences and the foreseeable issues such a breakthrough that could afford us in a close future to come.A question has arisen now: would this 100 years wall come down in a foreseeable future, thus opening up the way for a larger part of us to become seamlessly centenarians, instead of some individuals exceptionally favored by Nature, thus far. A kind of centenarian democratization!Related Link(s)

Steve Dimon believes that 80% of heart attacks, strokes, cancers, diabetes and obesity are preventable, treatable and beatable through proper diet, nutrition, exercise, supplementation and lifestyle change. And he's living proof of that. On April 22, 2012 he suffered an Ischemic stroke. Paralyzed from head to toe on his left side, he spent a month in two different hospitals and three months in outpatient therapy. To look at Steve today, you wouldn't believe that he had a stroke. He has literally turned back the clock and reversed all of his metabolic syndrome symptoms. His doctors use two words to describe his recovery: MIRACULOUS and AMAZING. Or, how Dr. George Shannon put it: He's an example of how hard work and determination can help ovecome, seemingly, impossible odds. In his handbook HEALTH, WELLNESS & LONGEVITY, now Steve Dimon for the first time takes readers through various occurrences, causes and signs of a stroke as well as outlines the roots of other modern diseases, before outlining a detailed protocol, allowing us all to take control of our health. Reaching far beyond the usual stroke treatment options and stroke recovery programs, Steve Dimon's plan is based on his own experience transforming from a morbidly obese 64-year old to a healthy, young 67-year old with a 32-inch waistline and 6.5% body fat. But Steve Dimon doesn't stop there. A strong believer that average isn't good enough when it comes to your health, he has dug deep into the current scientific research to provide readers with a cutting edge solution for disease prevention and reversal, which includes: A formula for early recognition of stroke symptoms; innovative ways to reduce stress; easy to prepare recipes for weight loss, simple but effective work out routines that will get results; the psychology behind a lifestyle change; Immune system basics and supplement guides and much more ... Steve Dimon will even guide you through the American healthcare system and the jungle of tests, outlining exactly which ones have the potential to save lives. The first symptom of a heart attack or stroke can be death. Don't wait for a life threatening or near death experience like Steve Dimon did before taking command of your health. Take control of your health today so you can live a longer, more productive and ultimately happier life.

A new edition of the international bestseller, featuring a new preface 'Brilliant, timely, original, well written and utterly terrifying' Niall Ferguson Does the thought of working for 60 or 70 years fill you with dread? Or can you see the potential for a more stimulating future as a result of having so much extra time? Many of us have been raised on the traditional notion of a three-stage approach to our working lives: education, followed by work and then retirement. But this well-established pathway is already beginning to collapse – life expectancy is rising, final-salary pensions are vanishing, and increasing numbers of people are juggling multiple careers. Whether you are 18, 45 or 60, you will need to do things very differently from previous generations and learn to structure your life in completely new ways. The 100-Year Life is here to help. Drawing on the unique pairing of their experience in psychology and economics, Lynda Gratton and Andrew J. Scott offer a broad-ranging analysis as well as a raft of solutions, showing how to rethink your finances, your education, your career and your relationships and create a fulfilling 100-year life. · How can you fashion a career and life path that defines you and your values and creates a shifting balance between work and leisure? · What are the most effective ways of boosting your physical and mental health over a longer and more dynamic lifespan? · How can you make the most of your intangible assets – such as family and friends – as you build a productive, longer life? · In a multiple-stage life how can you learn to make the transitions that will be so crucial and experiment with new ways of living, working and learning? Shortlisted for the FT/McKinsey Business Book of the Year Award and featuring a new preface, The 100-Year Life is a wake-up call that describes what to expect and considers the choices and options that you will face.
