English summary: Comparing different legal systems, Katharina Hilbig-Lugani examines in which family and quasi-family relationships the legal systems of Germany, England and Wales, France and Sweden allot maintenance obligations. She looks at how these maintenance obligations are legitimized as well as at whether existing maintenance obligations can either be modified, especially limited or suspended by agreement between the parties. She assesses the different legal systems in terms of their coherence and consistency and proposes new regulations for the private and autonomous framing of maintenance obligations.

Family Assessment written by Manfred Cierpka and has been published by Hogrefe Publishing GmbH this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2005-07-01 with Psychology categories.

This book on family assessment integrates psychodynamic and systemic perspectives in a unique way. U.S. and European authors draw from both perspectives and integrate their cultural backgrounds. In this book the family is evaluated on three levels: the individuals, the dyads and triads, and the family system. Interwoven with clinical examples, the first part discusses the importance of the initial interview, from the first contact with a family to goal setting and treatment planning. The second part presents the various clinical perspectives that underlie the three-level model. These perspectives include the family's contextual factors such as its stage in the family life cycle, its social world, and related areas such as parenting styles and behavior. Finally, the third part presents some clinical applications focusing on the use of family sculpting procedures as assessment tools. This family assessment book is a true integration of theoretical perspectives and international expertise, edited and written by leading family assessment researchers from the United States and Europe.

The Globalization Of Confucius And Confucianism written by Klaus Mühlhahn and has been published by LIT Verlag Münster this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2012 with Neo-Confucianism categories.

The popularity of Confucianism is on the rise, not only in China, but also internationally. Confucian values are praised as the (universal) way, especially in the face of current political, social, and economic crises. The philosopher's legacy has now endured for over 2,500 years, and Confucian ideas have gained recognition as an Eastern alternative to Western concepts. This return to China's very own tradition and values can be seen as symbolizing China's new self-confidence. This volume focuses on the resurgence of Confucianism in order to examine the role played by Confucian ideas in the present and the past, as well as the potential future form of a new Confucian culture. The articles range from the perception of Confucianism in Europe at the time of the Enlightenment to Neo-Confucian debates and approaches. Youth In Transition written by Teresa Jurado Guerrero and has been published by Routledge this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2017-11-22 with Social Science categories.

This title was first published in 2002: In recent years there has been a trend among young people across Europe towards remaining longer in their parental homes. Many reasons have been suggested for this change in demographic patterns, but Teresa Jurado Guerrero’s study of France and Spain represents the first in-depth cross-national analysis of this important social and economic issue. The book provides systematic comparisons of living arrangements at cross-national, cross-regional and individual levels and examines the results of two large-scale national surveys. It investigates the relevance of young people’s employment situations, social policies related to youth, national and regional housing markets and family norms, and identifies policy measures which would encourage early home-leaving and family formation. The book exposes the existence and effects of different national and individual strategies surrounding the process of becoming socially independent, and offers unique insights into an issue of key relevance for parents, young people, researchers and policy makers.

Ist Der Schwede Ein Mensch written by Henrik Berggren and has been published by btb Verlag this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2016-03-08 with History categories.
