Puesto que desde hace mucho vengo observando como se suceden los desastres, las provocaciones, el odio, y el desorden, al llegar a La Sorbona decidi atacar las teorias de regulacion, y las Humanidades en general. El gobierno de los pueblos, y ahora el del mundo egoisticamente globalizado, requiere analisis profundos que van mas alla de las ecuaciones que aprendemos en las Universidades. Poco a poco, durante toda mi vida, he emprendido proyectos extremadamente variados, lo que me confiere experiencias para integrar todos los sectores: los clasicos de la economia, el derecho internacional, las integraciones regionales, y luego las Humanidades. Pero el enfoque revolucionario se debe a que inicie la critica de estas despues de 20 anos de investigacion en las areas basicas y despues de haber visitado todos los paises occidentales. Lo cual me condujo a concebir la regulabilidad humana de manera completamente diferente. Como resultado: un nihilismo casi total, ante todo porque he incluido las religiones y las otras creencias en el diseno teorizante global, sin olvidar la geopolitica. Evidentemente, a partir de alli llegue a la etica, no a la teorica, ya ampliamente definida, sino a las limitadas prospecciones practicas de que disponemos. El tiempo tiene la palabra. Como interes especial de este libro: la necesidad de leerlo para autocensurarnos, pero primordialmente en vistas a nuevas clarevidencias a la hora de participar a los plebiscitos, puesto que esbozo las nuevas posibilidades de gobierno y de intelectualidad en general, siempre desde un angulo personal completamente neutro.
