The 30 DAY MINIMALISM CHALLENGE asks you to part with 465 items over a 30 day period to help you to de-clutter your life and kick-start your journey down the path of minimalism! The idea behind the challenge is that you part with items you no longer use slowly, starting with 1 item on the first day, 2 items on the second day. Each day you are required to part with an increasing number of items: 15 items on the fifteenth day, 21 items on the twenty-first day, right up to 30 items on the final day of the challenge. You don't have to do the challenge on consecutive days, though many do.This tracker has been designed to help you remember what you have parted with and record where it has gone (recycling, charity shop, sold on eBay, trash, etc). In this way you can look back through the tracker to either remember the items you've parted with fondly, or remember items that you acquired but found little use for, and which you might like to avoid reacquiring in the future.. A dot grid page has been included after every day's record in which you can insert a photo of the items parted with that day or otherwise represent that day's achievement. There is also space throughout the journal for you to record motivational quotes that inspire you to keep you on track with this challenge.There will inevitably be some items that you will know you need to part with but which you simply can't. That's okay! At the end of the tracker you will find space to make a note of these items and why you do not wish to part with them (emotional attachment, occasional use).
