For those who have seen the develop, the growth, and the power of drugs(legal and illegal) as it has taken the lives of the rich and famous, the poor, the fortunate and the UN-fortunate. This book is the 'last call' for the people of America to come together and look at the 'ugly' that lurks in every corner of our society, in the darkness of our streets, and in some of the minds and souls of those who speaks for us. He co-founded the Stanford Research Institute remote viewing program--which was funded by the CIA--and was instrumental in tracking Soviet and Chinese weapon installations during the Cold War.
