Cette recherche a pour objet d'essayer de comprendre pourquoi malgr des dispositifs sp cifiques de lutte contre la pauvret et un co teux syst me de protection sociale dit universel, les in galit s de sant demeurent. Par ailleurs, elle met en avant l'importance des composantes sociales de la sant qui, jointes aux mesures d'acc s aux soins, contribuent r duire ces in galit s, non seulement en faisant changer les comportements mais aussi en agissant sur les conditions de vie.
