Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Heilpädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Note: Sehr Gut, Universität Wien, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit der Forschungsfrage, inwiefern das Persönliche Budget aus Sicht der ExpertInnen von Einrichtungen der Behindertenhilfe in Österreich Selbstbestimmung und Partizipation von Menschen mit Behinderung in der Gesellschaft ermöglicht. Im theoretischen Teil wurden die für die Arbeit zentralen Begriffsbestimmungen und Grundlagen des Persönlichen Budgets erarbeitet und es wurde ermittelt, wie weit die Umsetzungen der Modelle des Persönlichen Budgets in Schweden, den Niederlanden, Großbritannien, Deutschland und Österreich vorangeschritten sind. Die vorgestellten internationalen Modelle zeigen positive Erfolge in der Realisierung von Selbstbestimmung und gesellschaftlicher Partizipation im Alltagsleben der BudgetnehmerInnen durch das Persönliche Budget. Im deutschsprachigen Raum kommen jedoch die praktischen Erprobungen der Modelle nur sehr langsam voran. Ebenso steckt die wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit dem Themenbereich noch in den Kinderschuhen. Dies führte zu der Entwicklung eines qualitativen Forschungsdesigns, um die Umsetzung des Persönlichen Budgets in Österreich besser erfassen zu können. Infolgedessen wurden mit sechs ExpertInnen ausgewählter Einrichtungen der Behindertenhilfe aus Wien ExpertInneninterviews durchgeführt. Die Interviewauswertung erfolgte nach der Qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring. Die Resultate in Bezug auf die Forschungsfrage haben gezeigt, dass nach Einschätzung aller interviewten Fachleute das Instrument des Persönlichen Budgets in sehr hohem Maße dazu geeignet ist, Selbstbestimmung und Partizipation für Menschen mit Behinderung in der Gesellschaft zu ermöglichen. Brecht has made a multitude of technical changes calculated to streamline the play, with a smaller cast and simpler action, and he has created virtually new and totally compelling characters with his extravagant variations on Anne, Edward's queen, and Mortimer, the villain of the piece. Brecht also reinterprets Marlowe's famously homosexual protagonist, creating an Edward initially more crudely homoerotic and ultimately more truly heroic. Brecht's Edward is a hero for the modern era: an existential hero defying a meaningless universe with his courage.

Das Osmanische Reich hatte nach dem Berliner Kongress im Jahre 1878 mit mehreren Krisen zu kämpfen. Zwar verzichtete Sultan Abdülhamid II. (1876-1909) nach der Niederlage gegen Russland auf kriegerische Ausfälle und besann sich auf innere Reformen, doch sein Reich wurde von den europäischen Großmächten, etwa in Ägypten und Tunesien, direkt angegriffen und innere Spannungen weiteten sich zu internationalen Krisen aus. Die traditionellen außenpolitischen Partner wurden zu Konkurrenten und stellten eine Bedrohung für den Fortbestand des Großreiches dar. Das Osmanische Reich sah sich gezwungen, seine traditionelle Außenpolitik zu ändern. Sultan Abdülhamid II. fand fortan lediglich in Deutschland einen Partner und versuchte, den deutschen Kaiser auf seine Seite ziehen. Inwieweit ihm dies glückte und inwiefern dies seine Position auf der internationalen Ebene stärkte, untersucht Mehmet Cebeci hier im Hinblick auf drei zentrale außenpolitische Fragen jener Jahrzehnte: die Ägyptische, die Bulgarische und die Armenische Frage.
