Después de obtener una maestría y un doctorado en Ingeniería y Ciencia de Materiales en la Universidad de Texas en Austin, y de trabajar varios años en la industria del acero construyendo modelos matemáticos, experimenté una conversión con señales y prodigios tan asombrosos que decidí dejar un trabajo estable y bien remunerado para abrir y atender una librería cristiana. Durante once años me dediqué a observar la manera en que las enseñanzas bíblicas que mis clientes recibían en sus iglesias transformaban sus vidas sin propósito, en vidas dispuestas a honrar y servir a Dios. Tuve además la oportunidad de leer y estudiar cientos de libros cristianos, desarrollando un interés particular en teología práctica. Fue durante ese periodo que nació este proyecto de reunir en forma armoniosa las diferentes doctrinas bíblicas a las que estuve expuesto, para maximizar los resultados que había visto tan claramente en mi vida y en las vidas de mis clientes. Empecé entonces a analizar las semejanzas y diferencias entre las enseñanzas bíblicas de las principales versiones del Cristianismo, utilizando el concepto unificador de que la meta personal de Dios consiste en desarrollar un Pueblo Santo con el cual fundar el Reino de los Cielos al final de los tiempos. En base a ese análisis desarrollé este curso bíblico de 16 lecciones, el cual he impartido en numerosas ocasiones con resultados verdaderamente asombrosos. Agradezco al Señor todas sus bendiciones, en particular la hermosa familia que me ha dado: mi esposa que ha estado a mi lado por 45 años, mis 6 hijos y sus cónyuges, y mis preciosos 15 nietos. Le pido al Señor que los siga llenando de su Espíritu como lo ha hecho hasta ahora.
