La agroecología tiene el potencial de transformar nuestros sistemas alimentarios y hacerlos más sostenibles. Este documento explica cómo se desarrolló el instrumento y cuáles son sus principios subyacentes y componentes metodológicos. Proporciona orientación sobre cómo utilizar TAPE para realizar un diagnóstico de los sistemas productivos, su transición agroecológica y sus contribuciones a las diversas dimensiones de la sostenibilidad.
