Il s'agit d'une classe de syst mes pour lesquels il y a une grande diff rence au niveau des th ories et des hypoth ses avec les mod les lin aires invariants dans le temps. Ce document est d di au d veloppement de m thodes ensemblistes pour l'estimation d' tat et de param tres pour des syst mes non-lin aires. Deux types de mod les sont consid r s: mod les donn s par des fonctions explicites variables complexes et mod les d crits par des quations diff rentielles ordinaires (EDOs). L'identification de param tres de mod les d crits par des fonctions explicites est r alis e l'aide des techniques d'inversion ensembliste. Par ailleurs, les mod les utilis s sont variables complexes; dans ce cas l' valuation de la sortie se fait l'aide d'intervalles complexes. Dans ce document, nous avons d velopp une arithm tique des intervalles complexes bas e sur la repr sentation polaire. Dans la deuxi me partie, des algorithmes d'estimation d' tat pour des syst mes d crits par des quations diff rentielles sont pr sent s. Ils permettent de fournir, chaque instant, un ensemble contenant d'une mani re garantie, toutes les valeurs du vecteur d' tat compatibles avec les mesures et avec les bornes d'erreurs. Ces estimateurs sont bas s sur des m thodes d'int gration garantie d'EDOs et sur l'inversion ensembliste.

La thematique dans laquelle ce travail s'inscrit est l'estimation des systemes non lineaires. En general, le probleme d'observation non lineaire oblige - faute d'une solution systematique - a une transformation du systeme a observer sous une forme pour laquelle la synthese d'un observateur soit possible. Nos contributions concernent principalement les transformations par immersion, qui generalisent les transformations par diffeomorphisme au sens ou la dimension de l'espace d'etat n'est pas forcement preservee. Dans une premiere partie on en appelle a l'injection de sortie dans le but d'elargir la classe des systemes qui peuvent s'immerger dans une forme affine en l'etat et on propose des facons heuristiques de construire l'immersion. Puis, dans une deuxieme partie on montre qu'une possibilite d'obtenir une caracterisation precise des conditions d'immersion, meme en presence de l'injection de sortie, est de tolerer d'une certaine facon les non linearites. La procedure d'immersion qui s'obtient est systematique si l'on n'utilise pas l'injection de sortie. L'applicabilite des resultats est verifiee sur des exemples dans le domaine des systemes electriques de puissance."
