Seit Inkrafttreten des Lissabon-Vertrages ist die Europ„ische Union erstmals in ihrem Handeln dem Wirtschaftsmodell der ?sozialen Marktwirtschaft? verpflichtet. Das vorliegende Buch widmet sich daher der Frage, welche rechtlichen Kompetenzen und Schranken der EU-Vertrag im Bereich der Sozialpolitik beinhaltet. The period between 1917 and 1957, starting with the birth of the USSR and the American intervention in the First World War and ending with the Treaty of Rome, is of the utmost importance for contextualizing and understanding the intellectual origins of the European Community. Zwar werden die Produktionskosten mit der Zeit immer h her, das Absatzpotenzial des Landes und die N he zum Endverbraucher werden aber in der Zukunft einer der wichtigsten Gr nde sein in China zu produzieren. Ist der Zielmarkt Europa oder USA, kann Vietnam, wegen zahlreichen Handelsbeg nstigungen und Kostenvorteilen, als potentielle Alternative f r internationale und chinesische Investoren gesehen werden. Vor einer Produktionsverlagerung muss man sich aber im Klaren sein, dass es sowohl kulturelle, rechtliche als auch konomische Eigenheiten gibt, und Informationen ffentlicher Stellen zu China und Vietnam hinterfragt und verglichen werden sollten.
