Judicial Institutionalization Of Integration Processes written by Ricardo Caichiolo and has been published by Simplíssimo this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2016-09-07 with Fiction categories.

The focus of this book is the judicial institutionalization of integration processes through the development of dispute settlement mechanisms, more especifically in the Common Market of the South (MERCOSUR), to date, the most important regional bloc in Latin America. The bloc has been in existence since 1991 and has positioned itself as one of the potential regional blocs for trade and investment, while becoming one of the important actors in the international community. However, its achievements have been tainted by the gaps and problems attached to the core foundation of the regional bloc. MERCOSUR has been suffering or experiencing internal disputes and disunity due to its complex and low institutionalization, a situation which can be seen as being paradoxical. Its current Dispute Settlement Mechanism is subject to uncertainty and doubt, since its own framework is also under internal and external criticism. There has been a series of protocols made in order to tackle the problems of the DSM and to further fix the problems that hinder the cooperation as well as the productivity of MERCOSUR's intra-organisation, all guided by intergovernmental decision-making. As such, this book seeks to tackle the concept of regionalism and the possible models which have been used or have influenced the establishment of MERCOSUR, while discussing the different aspects and developments of each intra-organisation. This is done in order to evaluate the nature of the problem, and future developments that could take place. The book also focuses on the prevalence of politicization in MERCOSUR and the pre-eminence of Presidential Diplomacy over the path of regional integration, which influence the DSM of MERCOSUR and possible developments that might occur in the near future.

The Geometry Of Physics written by Theodore Frankel and has been published by Cambridge University Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2011-11-03 with Mathematics categories.

This book provides a working knowledge of those parts of exterior differential forms, differential geometry, algebraic and differential topology, Lie groups, vector bundles and Chern forms that are essential for a deeper understanding of both classical and modern physics and engineering. Included are discussions of analytical and fluid dynamics, electromagnetism (in flat and curved space), thermodynamics, the Dirac operator and spinors, and gauge fields, including Yang–Mills, the Aharonov–Bohm effect, Berry phase and instanton winding numbers, quarks and quark model for mesons. Before discussing abstract notions of differential geometry, geometric intuition is developed through a rather extensive introduction to the study of surfaces in ordinary space. The book is ideal for graduate and advanced undergraduate students of physics, engineering or mathematics as a course text or for self study. This third edition includes an overview of Cartan's exterior differential forms, which previews many of the geometric concepts developed in the text.

Handbook Of Integral Equations written by Andrei D. Polyanin and has been published by CRC Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 1998-03-31 with Mathematics categories.

Integral equations are encountered in various fields of science and in numerous applications, including elasticity, plasticity, heat and mass transfer, oscillation theory, fluid dynamics, filtration theory, electrostatics, electrodynamics, biomechanics, game theory, control, queuing theory, electrical engineering, economics, and medicine. Exact (closed-form) solutions of integral equations play an important role in the proper understanding of qualitative features of many phenomena and processes in various areas of natural science. Equations of physics, chemistry, and biology contain functions or parameters obtained from experiments - hence, they are not strictly fixed. Therefore, it is expedient to choose the structure of these functions for more easily analyzing and solving the equation. As a possible selection criterion, one may adopt the requirement that the model integral equation admit a solution in a closed form. Exact solutions can be used to verify the consistency and estimate errors of various numerical, asymptotic, and approximate methods. The first part of Handbook of Integral Equations: Contains more than 2,100 integral equations and their solutions Includes many new exact solutions to linear and nonlinear equations Addresses equations of general form, which depend on arbitrary functions Other equations contain one or more free parameters (the book actually deals with families of integral equations); the reader has the option to fix these parameters. The second part of the book - chapters 7 through 14 - presents exact, approximate analytical, and numerical methods for solving linear and nonlinear integral equations. Apart from the classical methods, the text also describes some new methods. When selecting the material, the authors emphasize practical aspects of the matter, specifically for methods that allow an effective "constructing" of the solution. Each section provides examples of applicatio

The topic of Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) is having an increasingly relevant strategic impact on global business and the world economy, and organizations are undergoing hard investments in search of the rewarding benefits of efficiency and effectiveness that these ranges of solutions promise. Organizational Integration of Enterprise Systems and Resources: Advancements and Applications show that EIS are at the same time responsible for tremendous gains in some companies and tremendous losses in others. Therefore, their adoption should be carefully planned and managed. This title highlights new ways to identify opportunities and overtake trends and challenges of EIS selection, adoption, and exploitation as it is filled with models, solutions, tools, and case studies. The book provides researchers, scholars, and professionals with some of the most advanced research, solutions, and discussions of Enterprise Information Systems design, implementation, and management.

As diversity based on gender identity and sexual orientation remains a target for discrimination, exclusion, and violence in multiple contexts, it is necessary to advocate for comprehensive and quality sexuality and gender education to achieve equity and equality. This co-edited book provides a comprehensive reflection on how education professionals can foster inclusive education in terms of diversity based on gender identity and sexual orientation that impacts positively both LGBTIQ+ and non-LGBTIQ+ students. Promoting Inclusive Education Through the Integration of LGBTIQ+ Issues in the Classroom offers theoretical considerations and practical examples of how LGBTIQ+ issues can be addressed in education, including instances of curriculum responses, teacher training, and recommendations for supporting LGBTIQ+ students. Its target audience includes international teachers of all areas and educational stages, educators, curriculum developers, instructional designers, principals, school boards, academicians, researchers, administrators, and policymakers. The chapters cover theoretical background, practical examples, and guidelines and recommendations for LGBTIQ+-inclusive education policymaking. This book serves as a reference for anyone interested in making education more inclusive in terms of diversity based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
