David J. Delnostro, M.D. is a graduate of Ohio State University College of Medicine. He began his medical career in 1980 in Savannah, Georgia as an emergency room physician at Candler Hospital. For the past twenty-six years, he has practiced family medicine and currently is a member of Southcoast Medical Group in Savannah. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, the oldest of six children. Although he was raised by a Catholic father and a Jewish mother, he never practiced either religion. At age forty, he began his life-changing relationship with Jesus. Currently, he serves as a deacon and Divorce Recovery leader at Savannah Christian Church.

This book is a result of my journaling of the lovingkindness God has shown me over the years. His lovingkindness is available to all. I hope you will choose to see Him in all things as you read and ponder these seventy-seven devotions. May they encourage your heart and enable you to get to know God more intimately. Well, as you grow in God and transform, you shouldn't be the same. There should be something different in your walk, your talk, the way you live, and the way you think. As each person positively transforms into God's desired masterpiece, we should be in awe of amazement and joy of not only what God has done but that you were privileged to journey with them. Now, let me journey with you as you begin, start over, or pick up where you left off in transforming. Remember don't despise any stage you are in when transforming; even the caterpillar has a lot to offer. As a matter of fact, caterpillars have quite a few amazing facts three of which stick out to me: (1) the caterpillars only job is to eat; (2) caterpillars maintain their legs, even after transforming into butterflies; and (3) caterpillars have to be creative in defending themselves. As growing women transforming into the image that God has created us to be, our main job should be to eat. We should be consuming God's love, His word, and everything God has for us to receive. Like the caterpillar, there are some things that God has planted in each of us that we will not be without at the end of blossoming into the beauty we were made to be. In life, we are going to go through an abundance of experiences; to top it off, the devil spends a lot of time scheming and planning attacks against us. Finding the tools that help us move gracefully in life is often hard. The Bible is always the best guide to dodging every bullet, but without studying the word of God, you never learn to use it to its full capacity. Are you ready to finally to get your wings? We are all becoming, so just BECOME!
