La Riforma ha mostrato una sua vis expansiva, cioè ha portato beneficio all’intero quadro normativo, facendo da propellente ad altre attività di svecchiamento e di risistemazione di interi settori dell’ordinamento (es.: materia tributaria, materia fallimentare, disciplina dei mercati finanziari e del TUB). La Riforma ha avuto il tratto della modernità: alcuni istituti hanno intercettato in modo pieno esigenze effettive del mondo della regolazione delle società di capitali, favorendone l’evoluzione. La Riforma si è rivelata flessibile, reggendo al tremendo impatto di una serie di crisi che si sono succedute dal 2008 a oggi e che nessuno poteva immaginare. La Riforma è stata vera: il suo percorso si è realizzato secondo una logica che ha condotto a riscrivere tutti gli istituti del Titolo V del Codice Civile.
