Hierzu werden explizite Herausforderungen dieser Zielstellung identifiziert und ein Lösungskonzept im Rahmen eines dynamischen Management Ansatzes zur Realisierbarkeit von Innovationen in Business Process Outsourcing- Kooperation vorgestellt.
