Kreisen die Themen im M rchen um allgemein menschliche Problematiken, deren umfassende Wiedergabe sich durch die dem M rchen eigent mliche sublimierende Kraft ergibt, so zeigen die tiefenpsychologischen Beitr ge das M rchen nicht nur als archetypisches Volksgut, sondern verweisen auch auf seine Repr sentanz in Tr umen und Wunschvorstellungen von psychisch devianten Patienten. W hrend dann die Einw nde der historischen P dagogik das M rchen zun chst als nicht kindgem e Lekt re erscheinen lassen, so berzeugen jedoch die gewonnenen entwicklungspsychologischen Erkenntnisse f r die Verwendbarkeit des M rchens in der psychotherapeutischen Praxis mit Kindern. Sie vermuten im Handlungsschema des M rchens die Ausgestaltung kindlicher Lebensstrukturen und zeigen, da das Kind infolge seines magischen, symbolischen oder phantastischen Denkverm gens einen direkten Zugang zum M rchen finden kann. Als "Schl ssel zur Welt" sind M rchen eine echte Lebenshilfe f r das Kind und bieten L sungsm glichkeiten nicht nur zur Angstbew ltigung, sondern f r jegliche psychische St rungen, deren Vielzahl sich in den pr sentierten tiologiekonzepten dokumentiert. Auf die spezifisch entwicklungspsychologischen Konstitutionen der jungen Patienten abgestimmt, ergeben sich dann im Rahmen der Kinderpsychotherapie neben tiefenpsychologischen Ans tzen, verhaltenstherapeutisch, humanistisch oder interpersonell ausgerichtete Modelle, auf deren methodische M glichkeiten die M rchentherapie zur ckgreift.
