Auf einen detaillierten Uberblick uber die einschlagigen (vielfach unpublizierten) Quellen folgt eine ausfuhrliche Diskussion der mit den Agenten des Schadenzaubers assoziierten Stereotypen ('Hexenmuster') und deren Anwendung in konkreten Fallen von Hexereianklagen. Symptomologie, Diagnose und die Therapie von Behexung mit Ritual und Heilmittel werden eingehend analysiert.
