In particolare l’analisi si è concentrata sulle seguenti questioni: La prevedibilità o meno dei terremoti e il relativo riflesso sulla prevenzione e le questioni di responsabilità Il ruolo dei garanti della sicurezza sismica, professionisti (progettisti, direttori dei lavori), costruttori, pubblici amministratori e dirigenti Il rischio sismico nelle scuole, con particolare attenzione al ruolo del dirigente scolastico e dell’ente proprietario della scuola e relativi obblighi e adempimenti a loro carico Il ruolo di amministratori e tecnici nella tutela del patrimonio artistico nazionale La comunicazione del rischio sismico.
