Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensethik, Wirtschaftsethik, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der US-amerikanische Ökonom Peter Drucker beschreibt die enorme Bedeutung von Unternehmenskultur für Unternehmen. Dabei misst er der Kultur sogar eine höhere Bedeutung als der Strategie bei. Jedoch existieren in der Wissenschaft unterschiedliche Forschungsansätze und Definitionen, bezüglich Unternehmenskultur. Dementsprechend wissen Unternehmen zum einen nicht, wie sich die Unternehmenskultur zusammensetzt und zum anderen gehen sie teilweise von falschen Wirkungen der Unternehmenskultur aus. So beschreibt eine 2014 durchgeführte Umfrage mit 197 befragten Unternehmen, dass 54 % mit ihrer Unternehmenskultur das Ziel verbinden, die Führung des Unternehmens zu verbessern. Bei der Führungskultur handelt es sich jedoch mehr um eine Voraussetzung dafür, eine positive Unternehmenskultur zu erreichen, als um ein Ziel, welches mit der Unternehmenskultur einhergeht. Diese Arbeit bietet zunächst einen vergleichenden Überblick der drei Forschungsansätze der Unternehmenskultur. Darauf aufbauend wird eine einheitliche Definition von Unternehmenskultur als Grundlage der weiteren Ausführungen geschaffen. Im nächsten Schritt wird die Bedeutung der Unternehmenskultur durch Erläuterung der Einflussbereiche genauer betrachtet. Das folgende vierte Kapitel beschreibt die positiven und negativen Wirkungen von Unternehmenskultur basierend auf dem aktuellen Stand der Forschung. Abschließend liefert das folgende Kapitel konkrete Implikationen für die Schaffung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur.
