"There are lots of demons in the sky above London. The problem is, this one came crashing down to earth." Ten years ago, Alice Warner was attacked and disfigured by an attacker in her own home. She remembers nothing of the attack, and she has been in a psychiatric hospital ever since. When she's finally released, however, she starts working as a security guard at an abandoned shopping mall. And that's when she starts to realize that something is haunting her, keeping just one step out of sight at all times... Meanwhile, seventy years earlier, a little girl named Wendy is left orphaned after a World War 2 fighter plane crashes onto her house. Taken to a monastery, Wendy is quickly singled out by the nuns for special attention. They say she has been possessed by a demon, and that there's only one way to save her soul. Fortunately for Wendy, however, there's someone else who seems to know far more about the situation. What is the shocking connection between Alice and Wendy, reaching out across the years? Does a demon really lurk in the girl's soul? And who is Hannah, the mysterious figure who tries to help Wendy, and who seventy years later begins to make her influence felt in Alice's life too? Alice Isn't Well is the first book in the Death Herself series, about a dark figure who arrives in the night, promising to help deal with the forces of evil whenever they appear.

Don and Lucille Henrick are faced with the dilemma of losing their one and only daughter to Cancer. They also could not have any more children due to Lucille’s medical condition. They considered themselves good and strong Christians in the Biblical teachings of Jesus Christ, especially that there is life after death because of Jesus Christ’s resurrection. They also raised their one and only daughter Alice in those beliefs, never anticipating any illness later would occur which would spiritually test them. Alice was so much a joy to them in every aspect of their lives. Could they stay strong in their beliefs if their daughter succumbed to the disease? Naturally, as Christians, they kept their hopes up in prayer that Alice would recovery. But at the tender age of 8, Alice dies. The story tells the circumstances of the couple’s struggles before and after Alice’s death, and how they overcame their sorrow because of their religious beliefs. My Motivation In Writing This Book: Though this book is fiction, it is also my conviction that death is not the end of life, for those who believe in Jesus Christ’s teachings. Some of the story is based upon what occurred after the death of my father and mother, especially since I too thought I heard my father call my name, after his death. When my mother died, I also never experienced such “peace” in a room such as what I never experienced before; and I saw an unusual light leaving a window in the room (which was not caused by a light bulb). I believe it was my mother’s spirit. How many have kept similar incidences in their memories believing if they told them, they would possibly be considered insane.

Judy Lee’s life has not turned out the way she’d imagined. She’s divorced, she’s broke, and her dreams of being a painter have fallen by the wayside. Her co-worker Roger might be a member of the Yakuza gang, but he’s also the only person who’s asked her on a date in the last year. Meanwhile, her bother Kevin, an former professional tennis player, has decided to donate a kidney to their ailing father — until it turns out that he’s not a genetic match. His father reluctantly tells him he was adopted, but the only information Kevin is given about his birth parents is a nude picture of his birth mother. Ultimately Kevin’s quest to learn the truth about his biological parents takes him across lines he never thought he’d cross: from tony Princeton to San Francisco’s seedy Tenderloin district, from the squeaky clean tennis court to the gritty adult film industry. Told in alternating chapters from the points of view of Judy and Kevin, Love Love is a story about two people figuring out how to live, how to love, and how to be their best selves amidst the chaos of their lives.
