Se propone una estrategia, cuyo fin es lograr una preparacion integral en los implicados, para que actuen en consonancia con lo que exige el modelo de desempeno profesional establecido socialmente. El maximo logro es que el funcionario gubernamental impacte pertinentemente con sus acciones locales y trascienda como transformador practico de la realidad, siendo determinante direccionar un proceso formativo que le aporte herramientas necesarias para cumplir con responsabilidad social el encargo asignado, la satisfaccion de las necesidades alimentarias y nutricionales de las personas."
