Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresentado com objetivo de aprovação no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicanálise e Saúde do Albert Einstein Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa. O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso, apresentado no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicanálise e Saúde do Albert Einstein Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa, pretende, em uma pesquisa bibliográfica com intuito de obter referências específicas, fazer uma leitura do conceito de Desejo em psicanálise através da ideia de Pulsão em Freud e de Necessidade e Demanda em Lacan por autores com referencial lacaniano. Pretende ainda situar o humano não como um ser de instinto, nem como um ser de prazeres e satisfações, mas sim como um ser de linguagem, capaz de articular ideias que lhe permitam se posicionar frente ao seu desejo, mas baseado em uma ética que tem por vistas uma escolha inconsciente, de maneira com que o sujeito se implique diante desta escolha. Considerou-se esta noção de ética do desejo na formação do analista como uma importância crucial, pois ela pretende possibilitar ao analista melhor articulação de sua atuação no setting, seja qual for este setting, tentando lhe abrir espaço de reflexão da importância de uma apropriada manutenção da sua clínica através de sua análise pessoal, da supervisão de seus casos atendidos e a constante revisão teórica, pois mesmo o analista não está ileso de esbarrar em seu próprio narcisismo, o que pode tornar a análise como uma reeducação moral, na repetição da relação com o Outro pela via de um discurso de saber que se localiza apenas ao lado do analista.
