Pourchassés par les polices françaises et allemandes, il leur arrive d'être dénoncés en chaire par certains évêques pétainistes. Au total, plus de 500 000 Cahiers, et près d'un million et demi de Courriers, ont paru et circulé dans la France entière, grâce à quelques centaines de militants. Ceux-ci ont tissé le réseau de dévouements indispensable, pour que la voix du Témoignage Chrétien retentisse jusqu'au bout. Compagnons de défi et d'espérance, ces rebelles qui croyaient aux principes, ont lutté avec les armes de l'esprit.
