Não acho que a Bíblia é suficientemente clara sobre o tema, mas quem somos nós para corrigirmos a Deus? Javé tem propósitos absolutamente incompreensíveis para a mente humana.Se cremos em um Deus Todo-Poderoso que criou o universo, não podemos ter a prepotência de conhecer seus propósitos e sua natureza além do que ele nos permitiu conhecer, ou que nossas limitações cognitivas permite-nos. Quando vejo, ouço ou sinto algo desconfortável para explicar Deus, lembro-me de uma frase que marcou muito minha vida: “Traga-me um verme que possa entender o homem e eu trarei um homem que possa entender a Deus. As Escrituras nos cobra que creiamos em Deus e não para que compreendamos sua magnitude. Ponderando os argumentos pró e contra a triunidade de Deus, procurei me libertar das idéias pré-concebidas do trinitarianismo na qual fui doutrinado desde menino. Mas revendo todos os conceitos, acho que um único Deus que possui três pessoas em seu ser, com personalidades e vontades distintas ainda parece ser a compreensão mais plausível sobre Deus, assim revelado nas Escrituras Sagradas.

A presente dissertação trata do trabalho análogo ao da escravidão como contrariedade da dignidade da pessoa humana, levando em conta os critérios de sua erradicação com a análise das políticas internas de contenção. Analisam-se todos os meios utilizados para o combate a esse tipo de trabalho. Realiza-se estudo do Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC) que as vinícolas Aurora, Salton e Garibaldi celebraram com o Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) após terem sido flagradas beneficiando-se de trabalho análogo ao de escravo. Utiliza-se o método hipotético-dedutivo, com revisão bibliográfica, indicação da legislação e jurisprudência pertinentes. Os resultados atingidos com a pesquisa foram demonstrar que os mecanismos jurídicos existentes no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro não são completamente eficazes para combater o trabalho análogo ao da escravidão, embora, em algumas circunstâncias, como aquela verificada na Serra Gaúcha, tenha obtido êxito em pôr fim àquela forma de exploração.

Mas o que seriam tais obras? Como poderia uma pessoa que não dá a mínima para Deus, inclusive afirmando que ele sequer existe, produzir boas obras, como assistir a órfãos e viúvas? Então se uma pessoa afirma ser salva, mas não produz boas obras em sua vida, então ela provavelmente não tem fé genuína em Cristo?
