Nach der Flucht aus der sowjetischen Besatzungszone und Gründung der Bundesrepublik wird er Bundestagsabgeordneter und verlebt seine letzten Jahre schließlich in der Nähe von Kiel. Eduard Ederts Lebensweg überspannte Epochen und Grenzen, lässt aber wenig Zweifel an seinem wirklichen Lebensmittelpunkt, der für ihn aus der Familie und der Heimat Schleswig-Holstein bestand.

Klappentext Band 129e Tagebuch eines österreichischen Mädchens um 1901 Die anonyme 11- bis 14jährige Schülerin eines Lyzeums in Wien aus gutbürgerlichem Milieu schrieb etwa um 1902 ein Tagebuch. Sie zeichnete darin ein Bild einer blühenden Zeitepoche des österreichischen Kaiserreiches, in der die Vertreter des Adels, der Offiziere und des Bürgertums in sattem Wohlstand lebten. Es war damals jedoch eine überaus prüde Gesellschaft. Kinder in der Pubertät wuchsen ohne jede Sexualaufklärung auf. Besonders Mädchen waren im Hinblick auf Menstruation, Erotik, Sexualität, Geschlechtskrankheiten und Schwangerschaft oft hilflos sich selbst überlassen. Daher war auch Sigmund Freud von diesen Texten sehr angetan, stieß er doch bei seinen psychotherapeutischen Bemühungen überall auf diese Prüderie als Ursache für psychische Erkrankungen. - Rezension zur maritimen gelben Reihe: Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von der "Gelben Buchreihe". Die Bände reißen einen einfach mit. Inzwischen habe ich ca. 20 Bände erworben und freue mich immer wieder, wenn ein neues Buch erscheint. Sämtliche von Jürgen Ruszkowski aus Hamburg herausgegebene Bücher sind absolute Highlights. Sehr interessante und abwechslungsreiche Themen aus verschiedenen Zeitepochen, die mich von der ersten bis zur letzten Seite gefesselt haben! Man kann nur staunen, was der Mann in seinem Ruhestand schon veröffentlicht hat. Alle Achtung!
