A pesquisa bibliográfica proporcionou o conhecimento sobre os trabalhos de home office, além do entendimento sobre como o líder pode influenciar positivamente os colaboradores, utilizando estratégias como a comunicação e identificando os fatores e formas de motivação, para que os objetivos das organizações sejam alcançados, diante dos elementos negativos e desvantagens que esse sistema de trabalho remoto possa apresentar.
