An updated and revised version of the original four volumes in this work. Many people throughout the world have had to deal with mental health issues and have had to hear from family and friends advice on one extreme or the other about "you just need to be happy," to, "you should be on medication." There are others that do know what you are suffering with and how others are treating you for something you may not be able to control.
