Kathy Booth was born in a bombing raid in Budapest in World War II, grew up in post-war London through the Swinging Sixties, and then began a new chapter with her young family on the other side of the world when she and her husband fell in love with Adelaide. But while she left her beloved Hungary as a toddler, she still holds her birthplace - and its many diverse culinary dishes - close to her heart.
