In the course of the research, a few objectives have been identified which will be critically analyzed to understand the constraints that exist and identify the gaps in the existing policies; this thesis also provides an analysis of the role of NGO’s in the development of teachers who are the main media for delivering education.

The National Education Policy-2010 suggests increasing the use of ICT as a teaching-learning tool. Unless education is set with the bias for scientific enquiry our capacity to develop science and technology, man power and infrastructure will remain low.
