Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Sport, Sportpädagogik, Note: 1,3, Universität Erfurt (Sport - und Bewegungswissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Dass durch individuelle oder gesellschaftliche sportliche Betätigung ein reicher Schatz an Erfahrungen und ein gewisses seelisches Wohlbefinden für jeden Einzelnen möglich ist, scheint schon seit langem ein Aushängeschild der Körperertüchtigung. Dass der Sport auch in jedem Falle die Möglichkeit bietet, seinen eigenen individuellen Vorstellungen entsprechende Sportarten zu betreiben, und durch positiv wirkende psychische und physische Interaktionen, jeden Einzelnen zu integrieren versteht, geht mit Vorherigem durchaus einher. Man weiß, dass die Liste an positiven Faktoren des Sportes durchaus Blätter füllen könnte, aber man weiß auch, dass er gegenüber dem Alltag in unserer Gesellschaft einen entscheidenden Vorteil in sich trägt. Denn wenn oben bereits erwähnte körperliche oder verbale Interaktionen den Sport bestimmen, ist dieser in ein strenges Reglement eingefasst. Diese sportartspezifisch manifestierten Regeln gewähren, dass alle am Spiel beteiligten Parteien gleiche Bedingungen vorfinden, um erstens eine Chancengleichheit zwischen ihnen herzustellen, zweitens aber auch, und das stellt den Bezug zur vorliegenden Arbeit dar, immer wieder auftretende Aggressionen sofort negativ sanktionieren zu können, um entsprechende Eskalierungen nachhaltig zu unterbinden. Eine Regeltreue gibt es in unserer Gesellschaft nur bedingt. Deshalb sind moralische Werte, wie eine gewisse ́Fairness ́ zwischen den Menschen unabdingbar. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit werden die gerade angesprochenen Themenfelder Aggression und Fairness bearbeitet. Dabei wird anfangs eine theoretische Grundlage zu den Aggressionen geschaffen, die nach meiner Ansicht notwendig ist, um später gezielt auf das Handlungsfeld des Fußballs eingehen zu können. Nach Ausführungen zur Katharsis-Hypothese wird sich dann der Thematik ́Aggression in Schulen ́ gewidmet, um abschließend praxisnahe Beispiele zur notwendigen Fairnesserziehung in Regelschulen zu liefern.

Published in 1999, this book analyses the development of the recent cultural trend represented by the newer Islamic movements among Muslim immigrants in Western Europe. Included is a comprehensive description of the institutionalisation and organisation of Islam in Western Europe and an investigation of the organisation, activities, visions and strategies of the European and Islamic movements. Particular attention is paid to the most important Islamist trend among the Turkish minorities, Milli Gorus. The empirical data is original and has been primarily collected through interviews with leaders of Islamic organisations in Denmark, Berlin and Paris. The Islamistic stress on the validity of Islam as constituting the basis of particular social and cultural interest is analysed in the perspective of the concepts of 'life world' and 'system world' presented by Jurgen Habermas. The investigation demonstrates the existence of locally organised communities, whose social and cultural interests are in need of representation. It is shown that Islamism constitutes a clear and concrete point of departure from a positive identification in the Muslim immigrant societies. This critical relevance of Islamism is discussed in the light of the social and economic marginalisation characterising the situation of the immigrated Muslim minorities in Western Europe. The main conclusion is that Islamism is a collective political representation of an alternative position to the dominant cultural and social marginalisation.
