Questo libro nasce in occasione della mostra tenutasi a Brescia nel 2008 nello spazio espositivo di "Osservatorio d'Opera." Biasi e uno dei principali esponenti dell'arte cinetica italiana ed internazionale. Fonda nel 1959 con altri artisti il Gruppo ENNE, con cui lavora fino al 1967, per poi continuare la sua attivita da solista. Il suo nome e legato alla stagione di massima popolarita dell'arte ottico-cinetica, grazie alle sue creazioni artistiche costruite sulla base di precise illusioni ottiche. I suoi quadri presentano superfici che cambiano aspetto a seconda dell'angolo di osservazione, dando quindi la sensazione illusoria del movimento. Le opere pubblicate provengono da una unica collezione, assemblata nel corso di molti anni da Franco Prestini e ora proseguita dai figli. Il libro contiene 35 riproduzioni a colori di opere originali, e un'intervista ad Alberto Biasi a cura di Francesco De Leonardis, appositamente realizzata in occasione dell'inaugurazione della mostra.
