Andererseits spürte ich ihr Bedürfnis, die Werte und Prägungen ihrer eigenen Kindheit zu bewahren. Eine Lebenskrise entfachte in mir eine tiefe Sehnsucht. Sie brachte mich auf meinen neuen Weg zur Spiritualität. Ich lernte Mentoren kennen und beleuchtete mit ihnen meine Ängste und Prägungen. Dabei wurde mir bewusst, welche Rolle meine Ahnen spielen. Aufgewachsen zwischen zwei Kulturen gelang es mir, meine indische und meine deutsche Seite durch moderne Spiritualität zu vereinen. Ich fand heraus, wo ich hingehöre und wer ich bin. Dies und viel mehr erfährst du in meinem autobiografischen Ratgeber "Am Anfang war die Sehnsucht".
