GB è il padre di Eddie; Malcom Ferrari, il padrone di La Lanterna d’Oro, antico e prestigioso negozio di antiquario, è il padre di Bonnie. Però, Eddie s’innamora di lei, di colpo, di un amore passionale e appassionato. Solo, che l’amore può far girare la testa anche a persone più adulte di loro. Laila Cresta è nata a Chiavari, Genova, il 14 febbraio 1952. Insegna da 40 anni, con esperienze a vasto raggio, dagli adulti, ai ragazzi, alle persone diversamente abili. Ama la scrittura e vi si dedica da sempre, tanto con testi ad hoc per i “suoi ragazzi”, quanto con testi di svago per tutti. Quest’anno ha pubblicato una silloge di poesie, “Di Terra e di Cielo – Romanzo d’amore in versi” (La Lettera Scarlatta Edizioni) e il giallo “L’albergo del ragno”, Arduino Sacco Editore. Dal mitico numero 0, fa parte della Redazione della rivista Writers Magazine Italia, dove si occupa di poesia, di haiku e di recensioni.

The “intangible power” of literature, which, in Umberto Eco’s words, “allows us to travel through a textual labyrinth (be it an entire encyclopaedia or the complete works of William Shakespeare) without necessarily ‘unravelling’ all the information it contains”, may be clearly identifiable in our contemporary age of intertextuality and, most importantly, of interdisciplinarity.
