The focus of this evaluation is on identifying and establishing the value that Positive Futures projects have for the communities in which they operate. It concentrates on drawing on the learning emerging from the evaluation process in order to propose ways in which Positive Futures' value could be generated and delivered better. Building on this learning, the evaluation aims to identify and establish the value that the Positive Futures programme has for current relevant policies, such as those on young people, social exclusion, drugs, crime and sport. The emerging evidence from this progress report suggests that Positive Futures is impacting positively on young people, their local community and upon project partners.
