Discutiu a possibilidade de organizar modelos reduzidos de exame psicologico que fornecessem os elementos indispensaveis para o estabelecimento de psicodiagnostico de tipo compreensivo. Como base para refletir sobre o assunto foi utilizada uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa em que foram analisados os conteudos de relatorios de exames psicologicos de criancas de 6 a 7 anos e 11 meses de idade, atendidas em uma Clinica-Escola. O procedimento empregado foi a analise de conteudo das anamneses e das interpretacoes de cada tecnica/teste utilizado bem como uma comparacao entre o conteudo da sintese final e os relatos das interpretacoes de cada tecnica/teste. A avaliacao do conjunto de dados fornecidos por esta analise permitiu afirmar que e possivel organizar, sem perda de validade, modelos reduzidos de psicodiagnosticos de tipo compreensivo (AU).

Num cenário mundial de crescente urbanização, escassez, crises sanitárias, confrontos e eventos climáticos extremos, urge a implementação de políticas públicas voltadas ao bem coletivo, à segurança, ao equilíbrio ambiental e à inclusão, quanto mais em países como o Brasil marcados por históricos processos de urbanização desordenada e excludente. O Estudo de Impacto de Vizinhança – EIV foi idealizado pelo Estatuto da Cidade – EC como um instrumento de política urbana e gestão democrática capaz de identificar os efeitos positivos e negativos de empreendimentos previamente à sua implantação, potencializando-os ou mitigando-os, com vistas à urbanização sustentável e com qualidade de vida. Passados vinte anos da promulgação do EC, faz-se necessário realizar um balanço de sua aplicação nos municípios brasileiros, a fim de averiguar o quão perto ele chegou de dialogar com a cidade real e com seus problemas e conflitos diários. O livro aborda um estudo de caso paradigmático da metrópole Campinas/SP: o EIV do edifício habitacional projetado para ser o mais alto da cidade.
