[...] De enero de 2001 a octubre de 2006 ejerció a través del Impulso Productivo de la Mujer 519.0 millones de pesos en beneficio de 5,733 empresas sociales y proyectos productivos de grupos exclusivos de mujeres. [...] A nivel regional deberá promoverse el fortalecimiento de las redes de empresas que compitan pero que también aprovechen las economías de escala y de aglomeración a fin de reducir los costos de transacción.
