Pengukuran kualitas data sebagai evaluasi dari sentimen layanan pada sebuah perusahaan membutuhkan algoritma data mining yang menjadi parameter kualitas data dari komentar-komentar pengguna media sosial, sehingga data yang diambil untuk dijadikan peningkatan layanan memiliki nilai akurasi yang tinggi. Buku ini menyajikan contoh evaluasi data tweet menggunakan metode ensemble dengan beberapa algoritma data mining seperti Multinominal Naïve Bayes, Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Adaboost, dan Ensemble Voting untuk melihat konsistensi akurasinya serta vektorisasi yang dilakukan dengan Bag of Word dan Tf-Idf sebagai pembanding dalam penghitungan nilai akurasi. Pemaparan teori dan contoh konkret yang disajikan secara sistematis, membuat buku ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan teori dan praktik sekaligus, khususnya dalam memahami tentang analisis sentimen (sentiment analysis).
