Bei den vorliegenden Ausführungen in Literatur und Rechtsprechung zum Verschulden eines Verleihers bei der Personalauswahl und zu den damit verbundenen einzelnen Auswahlpflichten handelt es sich nur um recht oberflächliche Beiträge.
