Esta publicación es un testimonio generacional, pues se estudia la arquitectura peruana desde la década de los años ochenta hasta la actualidad. Desde el 2018, el Centre for Conscious Design (CCD) —think tank fundado por el arquitecto Itai Palti con el objetivo de fomentar buenas prácticas y generar un impacto positivo a través del diseño urbano-arquitectónico basado en evidencia científica—, organiza el Conscious Cities Festival The pen simultáneo en varias ciudades de todo el mundo. La presente Antología, protagonizada por doce de los colaboradores que presentaron sus investigaciones en el festival, busca ser en cada uno de sus artículos, un soplo que disuelve los límites establecidos, extiende los campos tradicionales de acción y desafía la zona de confort en la que solemos navegar. Son doce artículos con miradas únicas, diversas, pero también complementarias, que sugieren ampliar nuestros lares más allá de los territorios conocidos. Para los arquitectos, esto significa volver la mirada hacia la ciencia como una oportunidad para generar diseños que promuevan y generen buen vivir.
