The main skill of (AI) needs to be developed from two points of view: Citizens and public administration employees. For the former, it is necessary to understand how the algorithms and databases, on which the latter operate works to become a number in the IT sector that produces this kind of application. It aims to achieve the simply and most repetitive public administration tasks to let (AI) machines to using public administration employees to work in the best way in a world that is more populated by the later.The another challenge that (AI) will face is related the algorithms that are based in the (AI) itself.
