Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll daher zun chst der Frage nachgegangen werden, aus welchen Determinanten sich der Kundenwert zusammensetzt, um so die "Stellhebel" zur zweckgerechten Kundenwertgestaltung zu identifizieren und Anforderungen f r aussagekr ftige Messans tze ableiten zu k nnen. Der Hauptteil C besch ftigt sich mit den Fragen, welche Messans tze zur Kundenbewertung in der Literatur vorgeschlagen werden und wie deren Aussagekraft zu beurteil ist. Hierzu werden ausgew hlte Kundenbewertungsverfahren in Systematik gebracht, erl utert und anhand der entwickelten Anforderungen diskutiert.
