Doktorarbeit / Dissertation aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,0, Uniwersytet Warszawski (Universität Warschau), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Fachkräftemangel ist gerade im medizinisch-pflegerischen Bereich ein aktuelles und sehr prekäres Thema. Diese Doktorarbeit fragt nach einer methodisch reflektierten Beziehung zwischen der intrinsischen Motivation der Pflegekräfte und deren Auswirkung auf die von Patient:innen wahrgenommene Zufriedenheit in der Versorgung. Nach der breit gefächerten Recherche, die Literatur und Experteninterviews beinhaltet, werden die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in Relation gestellt, um neue Ergebnisse, aber auch Lösungsansätze zu gewinnen. Es wurden dazu flankierend qualitative, halbstrukturierte Leitfadeninterviews mit 13 Patient:innen und Expert:innen aus dem Gesundheitswesen geführt und mithilfe der Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring ausgewertet. So fließen erstmalig die Eindrücke von Patient:innen mit in abgeleitete Handlungsempfehlungen ein, ohne dabei die Brisanz des Berufes der Pflegenden zu vernachlässigen. Theorie und Praxis kommen in dieser hybriden Fassung zu Wort und letztlich zu dem Schluss, dass der Dienst am Menschen gesellschaftlich und sozial aufgewertet werden muss, um eine suffiziente und zufriedenstellende Patient:innenversorgung sicher stellen zu können. Einschränkend ist zu erwähnen, dass Experteninterviews als nicht repräsentativ gelten, auch wenn die Ergebnisse in diesem Fall eindeutig ausfallen und die Handlungsempfehlungen, die daraus resultieren, noch nicht in der betrieblichen Praxis erprobt worden sind. Der hauptsächliche Beitrag dieser Arbeit liegt in der Aufdeckung der Tatsache, dass die Motivation der Pflegekräfte unmittelbare Auswirkung auf die Qualität in der Versorgung ihrer Patient:innen hat.

Under its program of land investments, the Ethiopian government has leased out huge tracts of land to domestic and foreign investors on terms that are highly favorable to both but particularly to foreign ones. Critical reports on the ibonanzai reaped by foreign capital have appeared in the world media and the websites of international activist organizations, and while some of these are based on questionable evidence, the global attention they have drawn may well be deserved given the image of the country as a land of poverty and hunger. This study, which is based on information gathered from field interviews as well as other sources, looks at the subject from a land rights perspective, with emphasis on the relations of power between small land-users and their communities on the one hand and the state on the other. At bottom what is at stake is the land and the resources on it, and what is being grabbed are rights that in most cases belong to peasant farmers, pastoralists and their communities. In the long run, the shift of agrarian system from small-scale to large-scale, foreign dominated production -which is what the investment program is now doing- will marginalize small producers, and cause immense damage to local ecosystems, wildlife habitats and biodiversity.
