Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Verbalkomplexen der deutschen Sprache. Dabei ist festzustellen, daß diese in ihrer Struktur sehr differenziert sind. Die grammatische Struktur der Verbalkomplexe ist insofern sehr differenziert, als einerseits relativ viele verschiedene morphologische Komponenten daran beteiligt sind, und andererseits die Wortstellung dieser Komponenten stark variieren kann. Die meisten Verbalkomplexe werden mit den Auxiliaren haben, sein und werden in finiter Form gebildet, die dann mit einem infiniten Vollverb in der Form eines Partizip II oder eines Infinitivs verbunden werden, um ein Tempus oder das Genus verbi zu umschreiben. Die Infinitive der Vollverben bestehen dabei aus dem infiniten Vollverb selbst oder aus einer Kombination von infinitem Vollverb und infiniten Auxiliaren. Die infiniten Auxiliare können als Infinitive (haben, sein, werden) oder als Partizip II (sein, werden) vorkommen, wobei das Partizip II von werden in diesem Zusammenhang ohne das Präfix ge- gebildet wird, also nur worden lautet. Weitere Verbalkomplexe werden mit den Modalverben in finiter Form gebildet. Diese werden dann mit einem Infinitiv verbunden, womit eine bestimmte Art und Weise des durch das Vollverbs bezeichneten Geschehens ausgedrückt wird. Im allgemeinen werden die Modalverben mit einem einfachen Infinitiv verbunden, aber es ist auch möglich, sie mit einem der komplexen Infinitive zu verbinden. Sie können also auch an den Stellen stehen, an denen das Auxiliar werden mit einem Infinitiv verbunden wird, um eine Form im Futur I oder Futur II zu bilden. Wenn die Modalverben mit dem Auxiliar haben verbunden werden, um eine der Perfektformen zu bilden, kommt das infinite Modalverb dabei nicht in der Form eines Partizip II, sondern in der eines Infinitivs vor. Soll es jedoch mit dem Auxiliar werden zur Bildung eines Futur II verbunden werden, steht es im Infinitiv Perfekt in der Form eines Partizip II. Zusätzlich können die Modalverben auch miteinander kombiniert und mit den Auxiliaren zur Tempusbildung verbunden werden. Neben den Modalverben gibt es die Modalitätsverben (pflegen, gedenken etc.), die ebenfalls einen modalen Charakter haben und einen Verbalkomplex bilden können. Sie werden aber mit der Präposition zu und mit einem einfachen Infinitiv verbunden. This volume is a presentation of all methods of legal knowledge representation from the point of view of jurisprudence as well as computer science. A new method of automatic analysis of legal texts is presented in four case studies. Law is seen as an information system with legally formalised information processes. The achieved coverage of legal knowledge in information retrieval systems has to be followed by the next step: conceptual indexing and automatic analysis of texts. Existing approaches of automatic knowledge representations do not have a proper link to the legal language in information systems. The concept-based model for semi-automatic analysis of legal texts provides this necessary connection. The knowledge base of descriptors, context-sensitive rules and meta-rules formalises properly all important passages in the text corpora for automatic analysis. Statistics and self-organising maps give assistance in knowledge acquisition. The result of the analysis is organised with automatically generated hypertext links. Four case studies show the huge potential but also some drawbacks of this approach.
