Very little is understood about the Mongol conquest of Russia, the attack wing of the Empire. Russian historians have been silent on the subject. Here is the story of Batu Khan, grandson of the man known as The Conqueror, the most talented and able of Chinggis Khan's descendants.Batu was a true nomad prince, having spent his early military career being trained in the Imperial Guards. He was to distinguish himself in battle, with the greatest strategist of the Mongol Army, the great General Subudei, riding with him. In the winter of 1239-40, Batu and his forces completed the subjugation of the southern steppes. Kiev, the mother of Russian cities was taken and destroyed on December 6th, 1240. After the Russian Campaign, the lands of the Mongols extended from the Pacific to the Mediterranean and the Danube, and north to the Land of Darkness, the forest zone, where the sun did not shine for much of the year. Batu could have become the ruler, but he had no intention of moving into the civilized world. He liked growing rich from trade on the Silk Road. The designated successors of Chinggis Khan were weak men and were plunging the empire into bankruptcy and ill-considered wars. Batu made an alliance with the Princess Sorghagtani, the most remarkable woman of her age. In a coup d'état, Batu and Sorghagtani removed the house of Ogodei from the throne and crowned the son of Sorghagtani. Two of her sons were to become emperor, including Khubilai Khan. The consequences have significance to the present day. This is a scoop. This is the story. The Mongols ruled Russia for a period of two hundred years until the time of Ivan the Terrible, the first of the Romanov czars. It was not so much that they conquered, but that they never went away

"Batu. The Golden Horde "- this is the second book in the series "Procrustean bed of story". " The first book was published under the title "Genghis Khan." In the more "Ivan the Terrible" and "Peter I».Since 2006 I am working on this difficult subject. I collected, analyzed and systematized archival and historical material, since the time of the Mongol Horde (XII century). The capital of Great Mongol Empire, Karakorum city was much closer than we used to hike Batu slyshat.Evropeysky years 1241 -1242 was a response to the invaders, the Crusaders and the Pope Gregory the IX, declared a crusade on Russia. Voennoe Duchy of Lithuania with its capital in Novogrudok (Belarus) - Batu child. The Golden Horde was a state-creator, not a destroyer. Historical material is framed in artistic frames, and in it there are deviations from the classical scientific standards, so I want to hope that the orthodox adherents of the "classical school" do not blame me for lack of academic degrees. The book is intended for a wide audience and give an impetus to reflect on who we are?

The emergence of the Mongol Empire in the 13th century was the turning point of human history. The dramatic change in the human world after this turning point was a positive one, especially for the Europeans. This is my belief. Before the Mongol Empire, there was no communication between the east and the west. At that time, the world was wide. Many different forms of natural barriers-rivers, mountains, deserts, impenetrable dense forests and enormously wide plains-were between them, and they didn't have any reason to cross over all of them. Communication and the exchange of ideas could now be possible after the emergence of the Mongol Empire. Gun powder, paper and compasses were introduced from the east to the west, and the concept of chemistry, astronomy and mathematics was transferred from the west to the east. Before the Mongol Empire, it was very dangerous or almost impossible to travel from the city of Venice in Italy to Beijing, China, which was a trip that Marco Polo's father Piccolo and his uncle Maffeo frequently made. After more than 20 years of staying in China, Marco Polo, who travelled to Beijing with his father and stayed there under the protection of Kublai Khan, finally returned to his home in Italy and began his storytelling, which influenced all of Europe. Marco Polo's well-known book, The Travels of Marco Polo, inspired many young men in Europe at that time to go to the east to find the riches and gold that Marco Polo described. Marco Polo's story influenced Europe inwardly and outwardly. Inwardly, it ignited the new Renaissance wave; outwardly, it motivated many men who were seeking adventure and fortune. At age 14, Christopher Columbus was one of the young men who was inspired by Marco Polo's story. His introduction of the existence of a new continent to the Europeans was a great event as everyone knows. All these were chain reactions related to Marco Polo and the Mongol Empire. Batu Khan was the front-runner by breaking the wall between the east and the west, yet his story has not been told often to the public, which motivated me to write about it. All these stories were written based on the most trusted histories. When different theories related to the same event conflicted, I picked the most probable one based on my common sense. The only fictionalized areas in this book were episodes written for the purpose of connecting stories and making the reading smoother.

He was the first Great Khan from the Toluid line. Under Mongke, the Mongols conquered Iraq and Syria as well as the kingdom of Nanzhao and the area of present-day Vietnam. He made significant reforms to improve the administration of the Empire. Mongke was born on January 10, 1209 as the eldest son of Genghis Khan's teen-aged son Tolui and Sorghaghtani. Teb Tengri Khokhcuu, the powerful shaman, saw in the stars a great future for the child and bestowed on him the name Mongke, "eternal" in the Mongolian language. His uncle Ogedei's childless queen Angqui raised him at her ordo (nomadic palace). Ogedei instructed Persian scholar Idi-dan Muhammed to teach writing to Mongke. On his way back home after the conquest of Khwarizmian Empire, Genghis Khan performed the ceremony on his grandsons Mongke and Kublai after their first hunting in 1224 near the Ili...
