Three typed letters signed from B. G. Bean to "my dear nephew" regarding "your grandfather Benjamin W. Bean." One is dated July 20, 1908, and the other one is dated Aug. 8, 1908. There is also a printed Bean genealogy, beginning with John Bean of Exeter, N.H. (ca. 1660). B. G. Bean also writes of his own family history. Benjamin W. Bean lived in Montville, Me. He was a teacher and owned a saw mill. Letterhead for B.G. Bean states: "B. G. Bean, Real estate, Loans and insurance, 141 Broadway, Room 1801, Telephone 1920 Cort." Persons represented include Josiah Hayden Drummond.
