He now wishes to market his project for a Limited Liability Property Management Company in order to gain recognition for his talent and professionalism in administration. INTRODUCTION The Wisemen Council was created in 2009 in Montreal, QEC, in response to a need for a Project Management Consultant with cross-cutting skills. The positioning has progressively evolved in a cumulative way towards the accompaniment of ethnic entrepreneurs with the composition of the Political Economy Doctrine of the Ka Method in 2012 for the Diaspora in the West, then towards international development through the empowerment of informal entrepreneurs culminating in 2018 in a Schism of our Consulting Firm and Think Tank with the arbitrary policies of diverse capacity building and the application of a model of feminism contrary to the traditional and mystical local values (Matriarchy) in exchange for a privileged and pressing access to the resources of the Southern Countries. Bartering considered iniquitous in terms of training and cooperation, which we want to replace with Modes of Organization of Simple Entrepreneurial Life (MOVES) and Partnerships of Common Vision (PVC). In 2020, the civil rights of the economic actors and community leaders of our target populations (Perfora: Ritual Islamologue and Ancestrologue People; Diaspora: Virtual Allophone People; Fraternia: South America, Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia) are threatened by Stress (Panic Danger), Manipulation (Digital Debt) and Doubt (Genetic Data) with a new type of Great Anxiety on Health opening the way to the virtualization of the World Finance So we have chosen to launch ourselves with the weapons, souls and masks at our disposal to work towards the manifestation of our Vision of the Market Economy: "To make the Informal economy a Quality alternative to the Liberal System for the advent of the Economy in Religion and Ecology in Spirituality by putting Man back at the Heart with individual Philosophies around a Faith of Simplicity, all for the Socio-Economic Sovereignty of the Homes of the South, the West and their Sympathizers". Ce livre de Management n’est pas classique encore moins canonique en ce sens qu’il intègre des notions de spiritualité selon les fondements de la Méthode Ka et de l’ECO Animisme qui valorisent les phénomènes psychiques dits ethnoculturels dans les quêtes socioéconomiques : « L’Économie par l’Animisme et la Spiritualité » On se propose ici de faire la synthèse, dans un recueil et à des fins académiques, du travail sur l’entrepreneuriat ethnique entrepris par la Consultant Manager et Auteur Arnaud Segla dans le cadre des activités professionnelles et d’affaires en développement économique et international, entre le Canada et l’Afrique. On retrouvera certains extraits déjà parus mais mis dans un contexte de présentation différent. Chaque terme a sa place et son usage. Composer un Manuel de support à une formation académique demande de préciser d’entrée de jeu les termes clés autour desquels se déploie l’ensemble du contenu académique. Ces derniers ont, dans le contemporain, été assimilé à tort et de façon abusive au terme « entrepreneur » à cause des nouveaux enjeux que représentent l’économie et le sociale dans la classification ou rivalité de la puissance des civilisations encore appelé ordre mondial. Tous ces 4 profils sont tous par défaut des promoteurs de projets avec plus ou moins des forces ou des motivations dans leur initiation, leur modélisation, leur animation, leur rentabilité ainsi que leur productivité. La puissance des civilisations a déjà eu à être mesuré par la connaissance divine, les possessions foncières, la force militaire, l’étendue du commerce, la connaissance scientifique, le pouvoir politique. À présent s’amorce une ère du pouvoir socioéconomique et de la préservation bioécologique... En ce qui concerne notre époque, la concurrence en contexte interculturel peut prendre plusieurs dimensions soit les Économies sociale, ethnique, informelle et numérique.
